1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any service provided by l445, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the l445 platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and l445 (the operator). This agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with l445, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting activity, bonus eligibility, dispute resolution, and account closure.

2. You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh or be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account creation and whenever accessing the platform.
3. You must register using accurate and complete personal information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
4. You may hold only one account with l445. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
5. You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or be on any exclusion list maintained by l445 or any other gambling operator. If you have self-excluded from l445 or any partner platform, you must wait until the exclusion period expires before attempting to reopen your account.

By registering with l445, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, that all funds deposited into your account are your own, and that you are not using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. l445 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your l445 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify l445 customer support immediately via live chat. We will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account to prevent further unauthorized access. However, you remain liable for all activity that occurred prior to notification.

l445 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from l445 and requesting your password is a phishing attempt and should be reported to our security team immediately. Always verify that you are on the official l445.bet domain before entering your credentials.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

l445 supports multiple payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider.

All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance within seconds. You will receive a confirmation notification once the deposit is complete. If you do not see your deposit reflected in your account balance within 5 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name and that you legally own. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

You may withdraw your available account balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit whenever possible. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be sent to your registered bKash number. If the original payment method is no longer available, you may be asked to provide an alternative withdrawal method and complete additional verification.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification by providing government-issued identification documents (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). Verification is a one-time process and typically takes 24-48 hours to complete.

l445 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or your bank) may impose transaction fees on their end. These fees are deducted by the payment provider and are outside of l445's control. The amount you receive will be the withdrawal amount minus any fees charged by your payment provider.

6. Betting Rules and Fair Play

All bets placed on l445 are final once they have been accepted and confirmed. You cannot cancel, edit, or reverse a bet after it has been placed, except in cases where l445 determines that the bet was placed in error due to a technical malfunction of our platform.

l445 reserves the right to void any bet or refuse any wager at our sole discretion if we believe the bet violates these Terms, involves fraudulent activity, or was placed using insider information. Voided bets will be returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. These terms will be clearly stated on the promotion page at the time you claim the bonus.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to players who have made at least one successful deposit and have a verified account. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — you must first complete the associated wagering requirements by placing real-money bets on eligible games. Once the wagering requirements are met, bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.

2. Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals

5. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward l445 staff or other players

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the l445 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of l445 or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the l445 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. The l445 name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of l445. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or any confusingly similar marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, l445 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall l445's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount you have deposited into your l445 account in the six months preceding the claim.
